Join the Science North bluecoats in learning about the thrilling science behind movement! With 7 interactive and hands-on stations covering exciting topics like momentum, speed, transportation, kinetic energy, gravity, and so much more! Test your knowledge and skills through a variety of activities like catapult launching, Rube Goldberg challenges, and toy car racing!

Feature Show: Powerful Planet
Have you ever wondered how a cloud is formed? Or just how much air pressure is in our atmosphere? Join the Science North Bluecoats for an exciting live show demonstrating the wonders of weather and climate. This show is sure to blow you away!

Catch A Star:
Join our bluecoats in the portable planetarium to hear and watch the inspirational story, "Catch A Star" about a boy who couldn't control his love of stars. Every night he watches the stars in the sky from his bedroom window and dreams of how he could be their friend and how they could play hide-and-go-seek together. This love of stars launches the boy into outer space to explore our galaxy to hopefully find a star. So come join us in our inflatable dome, sit back, relax, and travel by rocket ship into our galaxy to try and catch a star of your very own.

Hannah Shira Naimon Hannah Shira Naiman – Multi-instrumentalist and Recording Artist.
Hannah has been leading workshops and concerts for babies and children for over a decade. Her repertoire is from folk music and dance traditions in both English and French. A multi instrumentalist Hannah plays banjo, fiddle, ukulele and guitar. For 0-5 years with parents/caregivers: featuring action songs, finger plays, tickles, bounces, dances and games. Get ready to laugh, sing and play to your heart's delight!
